Outside of work, Vitor enjoys time with his family, traveling, and the outdoors. He is a proud father of two daughters and values making memories with them. Colorado gives him plenty of ways to do that.

Brandon Winstead is a roofing professional with Mighty Dog Roofing of Downtown Denver who helps homeowners—and the customers of insurance agents and realtors—navigate storm damage and insurance claims, all while personally overseeing the production of every roof he builds. He genuinely loves roofing, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is driven by being of service to others—on and off the job.

Brandon places a high value on the relationships he builds and treats every client like they matter—because to him, they truly do. When he’s not on a roof, you’ll find him spending time with his golden retriever or cheering on the Denver Nuggets and Broncos.

Jeff has been in the commercial and residential roofing and restoration industry for nearly 25 years and enjoys finding the best solutions for his clients. He believes in building strong and trusting relationships through continued communication, industry knowledge, and the highest degree of integrity. When asked what he does for a living, he smiles and says, “I get to make new friends every day!”

During his leisure time, he loves spending time with his wife and daughters either traveling, camping or preparing an amazing meal...and when possible, you might spot him on one of Colorados amazing golf courses.

Victoria Cullison is the Chief of Staff for Might Dog Roofing of Downtown Denver and has spent the past 15 years building a career in the roofing and restoration industry. With experience in both residential and commercial roofing, she understands that every project is about more than just repairing a roof it's about helping people through one of the most stressful situations they may face as homeowners or business owners.

What Victoria loves most about her work is making a difference in people's lives. Whether she's guiding a customer through the insurance claims process, answering questions, or helping restore a home or business to its pre-loss condition, her goal is always the same: to make the experience as smooth, honest, and stress-free as possible.

She believes in treating every customer the way she would want her own family to be treated with integrity, clear communication, compassion, and a commitment to doing the job right. Victoria knows that earning trust is just as important as delivering quality workmanship, and she takes pride in building lasting relationships with the people she serves.

When she's not helping customers, you'll usually find her spending time with her husband and four boys, cheering on her favorite sports teams, checking out a new local coffee shop, or sitting outside on a patio enjoying great Mexican food.

Hassaan Ahmad works as a Production Coordinator at Mighty Dog Roofing, supporting day to day operations and helping projects move efficiently from start to finish. He handles client reports and documentation, including commercial property reports, warranties, and inspection reports, and supports the sales team by managing lead maintenance.

He takes a reliable and proactive approach to his work, focusing on keeping things organized, accurate, and moving forward. His goal is to make sure each project runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. People who work with him value his consistency and his ability to stay on top of details.

Lean Jay works as a Production Coordinator at Mighty Dog Roofing of Downtown Denver, supporting day to day operations and helping projects move efficiently from start to finish. He handles permits and licensing, coordinates inspections, monitors material costs, and puts together roof damage reports. He also contributes to the company’s social media efforts to keep branding clear and consistent.

He takes a process driven approach to his work and focuses on keeping things organized, accurate, and on schedule. His goal is to make sure each project runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. People who work with him value his consistency and his ability to stay on top of details.

Outside of work, LJ enjoys playing music, especially guitar and keyboard, being involved in his church, and spending time with his wife.
